José Reinoso serves as the CEO of HUMANUM, a strategic partner with Ad Lucem Group. HUMANUM is an international organizational behavior consulting, training, and development firm with operations in Latin America, dedicated to fostering strategic change while enriching organizational culture through inspiring leaders. Ad Lucem Group serves as the North American arm of HUMANUM’s work across its international client base. José earned his MBA from IPADE Business School with an exchange program at ESSEC Business School.  He is a consultant and instructor for senior business managers in multinational companies, having served such clients as Johnson Controls, ADIENT, CHUBB, CLARIOS, Metalsa, and others in the areas of Business Strategy, Customer Centered Companies, and Business Ethics.
