Lucero Garcia serves as the VP of Consulting and Program Development with HUMANUM, a strategic partner with Ad Lucem Group. HUMANUM is an international organizational behavior consulting, training, and development firm with operations in Latin America, dedicated to fostering strategic change while enriching organizational culture through inspiring leaders. Ad Lucem Group serves as the North American arm of HUMANUM’s work across its international client base. Lucero has over 17 years of consulting and executive coaching experience in M&A, Change Management, Leadership Development, and High Potential processes having served such clients as Johnson Controls, LEGO, FEMSA, Thyssenkrupp, Coca-Cola FEMSA, CHUBB, PROEZA, Metalsa, Clarios and ADIENT, and others. Lucero earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Management Development Program (D-1) by IPADE (Business School in LATAM). She helps organizations achieve transformational outcomes by empowering the human side of business.
