Robert McVay is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Optimus Partners, LLC (TX), and strategic partner with Ad Lucem Group. Robert’s expertise centers on providing leadership and strategic guidance to the C-Suite for large scale systems/process transformations. His portfolio includes serving as an external advisor to Bain & Company and as adjunct faculty member of Carnegie Mellon.  Robert is CISSP and CISSO certified and has successfully led multi-million dollar projects in his consulting work with numerous global transformation projects and in his past work as a Chief Information Security Officer.
